Cancelation Policy

We understand that emergencies or work and family obligations may sometimes prevent you from attending your appointment, failing to cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice may prevent another patient from receiving much-needed treatment. We also ask that you confirm all appointments in advance. If we do not receive confirmation from you at least 48 hours before your appointment, we may charge a fee.
